First edition of this volume of poems by Vladimir Lugovskoi (1901–1957), a Soviet poet, member of RAPP – the Russian Association of Proletarian Writers – and a close friend of Vladimir Mayakovsky. Wrappers by Boris Titov (1897–1951), one of the most prolific and idiosyncratic Soviet graphic artists and book designers, who eventually transitioned from a constructivist style to a more conservative, art-deco-inspired manner in the mid-1930s. One of 2000 copies.
