Nearly complete run of this very uncommon, strikingly photo-illustrated monthly, published by Czechoslovak Legion forces in Ekaterinburg and, starting with issue no. 3, in Irkutsk, Siberia. Each page features numerous large-format photographs, with captions in Czech, Russian, French, and English, showing various military leaders, scenes from everyday life, as well as photographic documents of the war effort and the battle fields. Along with the lithographed satirical journal "Houpačky" the journal ranks among the most sophisticated printed works produced during the Legions' lengthy stop in Irkutsk, which enabled the troops to set up a more permanent printing shop than was customary during their anabasis.
KVK, OCLC only show the copies at Nanterre and an incomplete run at the British Library.
