Striking concrete art and poetry object by Portuguese writer, poet, and artist António Aragão (1921-2003), an eccentric and prolific artist and promoter of the avant-garde, considered among the leading Portuguese public figures of the twentieth century. Aragão was involved with numerous publishing projects and events, such as "1º caderno antológico de Poesia Experimental" (1964) and "Antologia da Poesia Concreta em Portugal" (1971), among many other landmark anthologies of experimental Portuguese poetry. He exhibited internationally and was involved in Mail Art exchanges. Aragão was also active as a painter and sculptor.

The only text is printed on the envelope: "A forma activa mais a cor é a expressão do poema. 'Ler' o poema é simplesmente dobrar e desdobrar. A carga semântica é despersonalizada a qualquer nível da construção - emoção" (Active form plus color is the expression of the poem. 'Reading' the poem is simply folding and unfolding. The semantic charge is depersonalized at any level of construction - emotion).
