A single issue of this monthly published in 1941 by the Ukrainian Gold Cross, a Ukrainian women’s organization, edited by Stefania Halychyn (1913–1994), a humanitarian activist and organizer associated with The Organization for the Rebirth of Ukraine (ODVU). The journal contains translations from the contemporary American press, such as an interview with Eleanor Roosevelt, editorials about the direction of ODVU and the Gold Cross, poetry, a hand-drawn fashion illustration, as well as news of the activities of the Gold Cross in helping Ukrainians during WWII which was raging in Europe but had not yet reached the United States at the time of publication in October 1941. The issue closes with a call for Ukrainian women to join the American Red Cross written in English by Halychyn herself. Halychyn was a member and an eventual leader of the Ukrainian Gold Cross which operated in the US in 1936–1941. The Gold Cross was a subsidiary of The Organization for the Rebirth of Ukraine (ODVU), a Ukrainian nationalist political organization in 1931–1956. The journal seems to have ceased publication with the US entry into WWII in December 1941.

As of March 2025, KVK, OCLC show two institutions holding scattered issues, both in North America.
