Issued as Dokumenty (Documents), no. 4, this volume contains a "summary of the results of the questionnaire on the current culture situation and the position of the Jazz Section in Czechoslovak society" (impressum). Published for its members' needs by the Jazz Section, a member of the international Jazz Federation under the UNESCO music council. Contains valuable testimony of the Czech underground community on the censorship and persecution faced by the group since its founding 15 years earlier. It also contains a bibliography of the Section's publications and a list of musicians and groups discussed. This particular book was issued following the liquidation of the Jazz Section on September 2, 1986, accompanied by a police search, which luckily did not affect the manuscript of this book.
